Referee Annual Registration

Class 4 and below referees, new and returning, must register with the British Columbia Soccer Association on an annual basis. Coastal Referee's registrations are valid for one calendar year from October 1 to September 30. All new referees are only able to register if they have attended and passed a Class 4 Referee's Clinic. All returning referees are only able to re-register if they have attended an Annual Referee Refresher Clinic.
