LATE REGISTRATION FEES ~ 2008/09 SEASON! -
LATE Registration Open
Mini-Players U-5 to U-7 Divisions ~ $145.00 per player
Mini-Players U-8 to U-10 Divisions ~ $200.00 per player
Competitive Teams U-11 to U-15 ~ $220.00 per player
Competitive Teams U-16 to U-18 ~ $245.00 per player
Family Rate: $490.00*
(above fees include late fee)
*The family rate applies up to the first 3 siblings. Additional siblings will pay 1/2 of the applicable lowest fee. Payments for the family rate may only be made by cash or cheque using the "Pay in person" option at the end of the registration process.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR 2008/09 SEASON: JUNE 30, 2008
A late registration fee of $25.00 (for U5 - U7) and $50.00 (for U8 - U18) is assessed any player who registers after June 30. The late fee for the family rate is $100 ($490)
**Late registrants may have to be placed on a waiting list.
UNIFORM DEPOSIT CHEQUES: Your coach will collect this cheque from you before the season begins.
Each player is required to provide a $50 cheque, post-dated for March 1, 2009. This cheque is only cashed if you do not return your uniform at the end of the season. Uncashed cheques will not be returned, they will be destroyed.
REFUNDS:
Please contact our treasurer to request a refund. The request must be made in writing or by email. There may be an administration fee withheld from your refund.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Need financial assistance to cover our annual registration fees?
Option 1 - The KidSport™ Fund is the charitable arm of Sport BC that is designed to remove the financial obstacles that prevent some children from playing sport. Grants are made available for children whose families cannot afford sport registration fees and would otherwise not be able to participate in a season of sport. Please refer to the Forms & Documents section of this web site to download a KidSport™ Fund Grant Application Form.

CHILDREN'S FITNESS TAX CREDIT INFO
The children's fitness tax credit lets parents claim up to $500 per year for eligible fitness expenses paid for each child who is under 16 years of age at the beginning of the year in which the expenses are paid.

ONLINE REGISTRATION - 2008/2009 Season
The Pitt Meadows Soccer Club is using an on-line system for conducting registrations. The purpose of the system is to streamline the registration process and improve the information flow within the club. Your assistance in providing accurate and complete information is greatly appreciated and will give you and your team coach access to a web-page just for your team!
If you are new to the club or did not play in the club last year you will need to create a new account. After you have created an account, be sure to make a note of your username and password as you will need it to access your team page during the season. If you played in the club last year we have facilitated your registration by signing you up with a Pitt Meadows Soccer on-line account. If you have not accessed your account previously, your username is your telephone # with area code (no dashes or spaces) and your password can be e-mailed to you immediately by clicking on the "I forgot my password" button once you begin the registration process. If you do not receive your password by e-mail please contact info@pittmeadowssoccer.com with your new e-mail address and your password will be provided.
To Register Online:
1. Select one of the categories below.
2. Select the appropriate age group. (Ex. A child turning 6 any time during 2008 would register in the Under-7 (U7) age group)
3. Select the "Register Now" button.
4. You may register more than one child in different age groups at one time by choosing "Add additional program" once you have selected the first age group.
5. Check the "No" box if you are a new player or check the "Yes" box if you played with the club last year.
6. Create an ACCOUNT if required. (Please make sure to include your e-mail address if you have one).
7. Document your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
8. Complete requested information.
9. Print a copy of the receipt for your records.
Please note, you have the option to process payment on-line with your credit card (no extra processing fee) or by cheque, made payable to Pitt Meadows Soccer Club.
Please write registrants name and age group on the cheque. First Touch Soccer has a supply of payment envelopes should you choose to drop off your payment.
